A decadent French double cream cheese from the Cheese Masters who gave us Fromage D'Affinois & Fromagerie Guilloteau.

Le Dauphin got its name from the term once used to describe the heir apparent to the throne of France.

This creamy wonder is velvetty and smooth from the first bite, It is sure to please a crowd. 

Best taken out for 30min in room temperature before consumption. Excellently paired with muscatels, sourdough or lavosh crackers and some prosciutto for a simple yet sophisticated cheese board.

Region: France

Type: Cow's milk, from the green mountain pastures surrounding Rhône Valley.

Wine pairing: Clean red, such as Pinot Noir or a smokey Shiraz.

Flavour: Rich, velvetty, soft and silky. Best enjoyed when fully ripe.
