SMOKED PROVOLONE ITALY

Smoked Provolone is a bouncy, mild, and milky cheese with an earthy depth from natural wood smoking. Like mozzarella and scamorza, it is made using the pasta filata (spun paste) method, which gives it its signature stretchy, stringy texture.

When melted, Smoked Provolone becomes beautifully creamy, making it an excellent choice for sandwiches, pizza, mac and cheese, parmigiana, or cheeseboards. Its rich, savoury character pairs perfectly with a wide range of dishes.

Its gentle smoky flavour truly shines in a fresh panini, layered with prosciutto, tomato, basil, rocket, and pesto—simple, classic, and delicious.
