Where do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to Metropolitan Melbourne Tuesday through to Friday. We deliver to most Greater Melbourne and Country Victoria regions. Please note that deliveries for Country Victoria and Greater Melbourne are on set days only.
If you do live in Regional Victoria or Greater Melbourne, please email or call us to confirm we can deliver to your address.
Is there a delivery fee?
We offer a Victoria wide delivery service for the one low cost of $20 delivery. All your products are shipped with our own or our couriers refrigerated vehicles.
Can I choose a time for delivery?
We delivery across Melbourne and wider Victoria. We can guarantee your delivery date, but we cannot guarantee a time frame due to the volume of orders that come through. Deliveries arrive between 8am & 6pm. All grazing box orders must be placed 2 business days in advance.
What days do you deliver?
We deliver Tuesday through to Friday between 8am and 6pm. We also have a click and collect service from our Bayswater Store. We are not open on Mondays or Sundays, please note click and collect do not operate on these two days.
I have just ordered cheese, what happens if I am not home?
We deliver using refrigerated vehicles, so your products will be maintained at below 4 degrees throughout their journey. It is best to nominate a delivery address where somebody will be available to accept your order between the hours of 8am-6pm as we cannot guarantee a delivery time frame. Products should be refrigerated within 2-3 hours of arrival.
If you are not home, you will receive a text message notifying you that your order has arrived.
I have just placed an online order for groceries, when should I expect the delivery?
Please allow 2-3 business days from order placement for your delivery to arrive. You can nominate your delivery day as long as it is at least 2 days after order placement.
What kind of produce goes into your grazing boxes?
We always use a variety of cheeses, smallgoods, fruit and crackers in the grazing boxes. The products vary based on seasonality and availability but we always ensure never to compromise on quality and will always add something of equal or greater value to our standard range. Please see our Grazing Box page for more details. The larger the box size, the more variety of products received!!
How much notice do you need for a grazing box order?
Please allow between 2-3 business days from order placement.
Do you cater for allergens/dietary requirements with your grazing boxes?
Yes we can cater for the main dietary requirements. When ordering your grazing box, please state the allergen to avoid (nuts, gluten, lactose).
I want to order multiple grazing boxes to be delivered across Melbourne for the same event, can you help me with that?
We can cater to both small and large events (from 10 to 500+) and can organise the delivery to multiple addresses as well.

Do you have any grazing boxes ready made, ready for pick-up for a last minute occasion?
All our grazing boxes require time to create and organise, this is why we require a minimum of 2-3 days notice.
They are made fresh to order, to ensure we have all produce needed to create our wonderful grazing boxes, and to ensure the freshest stock is given to all customers.
