WHIPPED GOATS CURD by MEREDITH DAIRY

A new creation by the Meredith Dairy Team, that we couldn’t resist adding to this years Advent Calendar! The new Whipped Goats Curd has just launched recently and we are obsessed, to say the least. The wonderful, creamy and slightly salted Goat’s Curd is perfect for almost all dishes. It can be added to your breakfast toast, dolloped on tarts, dolloped through salads, roasted vegetables or simply on crackers/ bread with the added sensation of drizzly honey!

Now is your turn to experience the magic, using your mini honey pot, drizzle some over your whipped curd and enjoy the sweet and savoury flavour delight!

Light white wines, Sauvignon Blanc,
Reisling. Red: Pinot Noir, Dry Rose.

Wine/Beer pairings

Sight: Milky white, Creamy, Smooth Texture 

 

Touch: Soft, Smooth, Spreadable, Moist, Whipped
 

Smell: Fresh, Lemony
 

Taste: Mild, Fresh, Tangy, Slightly Sour, Yoghurt, lactic notes
 

Goes well with: Sweet: Fruit, nuts, honey, berries. Savoury: Bread, Pasta, Tomatoes, Cucumber, Smoked Salmon, Dill, Chives.
