One of our favourites. This is the one to try if you are venturing out into the blues for the first time. As the name suggests, it has hints of blue, is rich and creamy, and when ripe, will ooze with glee.
Best accompaniments we recommend are muscatels, quince paste and lavosh crackers.
This cheese is made locally in Gippsland using local milk and traditional techniques and is a true farmhouse victorian blue.
