One of our favourites. This is the one to try if you are venturing out into the blues for the first time. As the name suggests Tarago River Shadows of Blue has hints of blue, is rich and creamy, and when ripe, will ooze with glee.

Best accompaniments we recommend are  muscatels, quince paste and lavosh crackers.

This cheese is made locally by Tarago River in Gippsland using local milk and traditional techniques and is a true farmhouse victorian blue.

If you love this cheese as much as we do, we suggest trying Tarago River's other farmhouse cheeses Triple Cream and Gippsland Camemebert.
