AMBROSIA
TILSITER
GERMANY

Ambrosia is a fruity, flavorful cheese with small, irregular holes throughout its paste. Its gentle sweetness makes it a perfect match for both fresh and dried fruits—especially the dried fruit included in your cheese event calendar.

Ambrosia also melts beautifully, making it ideal for toasted sandwiches or for adding extra stretch to fondues. Try blending it with Gruyère, Raclette, and Beaufort for an indulgent, perfectly balanced fondue experience.

Pinot Gris, Riesling or Gewürztraminer,
beer and cider.
