Capers are great a source of Vitamin A, Vitamin E, Manganese, Niacin, and Calcium and as such are considered a superfood.
Capers go well with seafood dishes such as baked fish and seafood pasta.
One of our quick favourite recipes:
Smoked salmon parpadelle
Boil the pasta.
Fry some shallots, add the smoked salmon, capers, juice of a lemon, dollop of creme fraiche (or sour cream). Toss and serve!
