Kolimbari Extra virgin olive oil is produced from the koroneiki olive variety which have been harvested for centuries from olive groves in the Kolymvari region in Crete.

It has a golden green hue, and fruity aroma.

Great for grain salads, can be used to shallow fry your saganaki and delicious mixed with balsamic vinegar to create a mouth watering dipping sauce for bread.
