This italian cheese is super soft, creamy and buttery. Not only perfect for Tiramisu and italian cold cakes, but makes an excellent addition to creamy pasta sauces, risottos, or dolloped over chocolate meringues, then drizzled with melted dark Callebaut chocolate and scattered strawberries all around.

Wine Pairing: Sweet and sticky wines such as Port and Marsala.
